I have had a Pathfinder that had 72k miles and now an Armada that has 72K miles. Both cars were beautiful, I loved them. Both cars had a rear AC issue where they say the lines are corroded and it cost 4K to fix even though I paid for extended warranty. The 2010 pathfinder also had an issue with the electrical box which was built (idiotically) above the exhaust, so when my exhaust blew it melted all the wires. Total loss . Now my 2018 armada, which I really loved, but now the radio/navigation screen malfunctions as well as the cruise control, ...

We purchased a used Toyota Camry 2023 from Headquarters and we live in Tallahassee 3 hours away. Most of our dealing was over email and text with Bessie and she was on top of every issue and concern of ours and eventually brought us a deal with a reduction in the price and financing below our credit union. It took some time, but all big purchases do. They were very warm and welcoming and had free popcorn.

Don’t buy a Nissan, less than 100,000 miles and the car caught fire this morning , didn’t throw any codes didn’t over heat breaks failed whole car shut down and the next thing I knew I was jumping out of a car the was on fire , for your safety and your families DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ads are a scam!! I called about leftover 2021 vehicles, and the price as quoted in add only to be told that y'all didn't have them, also kinda laughed, and said only had new or used vehicles. I have screenshots of website ads, but I can't remember mans name. I believe it was Brian. I think it's deplorable to advertise for something that seniors need, and then pull a switcheroo just to make more money or commission!! I will never recommend your dealership to anyone ever. They run hard inquiries to credit reports if you fill out the online form promising no impact to credit score. They take no responsibility and are run when confronted with there falsehoods.

The customer service personnel were warm upon entry and assisted in a timely manner. Courtesy was top notch; I was not expecting to be offered drink and refreshments during my visit. The sales representative listened intently to my requests and worked diligently during negotiations. I appreciate his patience and continued updates throughout our process of making a deal on purchasing a vehicle. The finance personnel moved me swiftly through the process and provided updates along the way.

They do not honor the free oil change they try and make you pay for it.

Had appointment for 8:30 and had requested oil change and rotation plus the outstanding recalls which I was told would be taken care of but was also told the water sloshing sound in the front might take 1 to 3 days to diagnosis so I declined. After lunch I tried no less than 10 times to reach anybody on the phone and even left a message for the service manager to call but heard nothing. Finally I had ti ride to the dealership to find out in person the status. Not even touched and also found out the recall fix wasn’t available. I ...

Brought car in to have two filters replaced. I had other appointments lined up and was going to be rushed to get from one to the other on time. I waited over two and a half to three hours for an oil change;: that I had an appointment for. Then I had to wait over 30 minutes for a cashier, that was not at the cashier window.I asked for management which never showed up. Finally after 30 minutes someone came to check me out at the cashier window.

what a joke! its amazing all these good reviews but at the dealership everybody mad! Poor customer service. I went to get my hood latch fixed. it wouldnt open found out it has a recall. Car is a 16 Altima been in shop for transmission twice. transmission messed up again and the salesman is calling me trying to sell me another altima while this one in the shop. I have bought 5 Maximas this time an altima next time a Toyota! Headquarters a joke! need Rob Doll Back!!!one text threatening me cause i didnt want a car!
