Military Benefits

To take advantage of the Nissan Military Program rebate, you must provide verifiable proof of military status or active service at the time of purchase:
Leave and Earning Statement OR Military ID card OR DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty. Lifetime Oil Changes valid only at Headquarter Nissan and under current dealership ownership only. Offer requires the purchase or lease of a new or used Nissan from Headquarter Nissan. Offer valid for the life of the vehicle and certificate holder must be the original owner of the vehicle. Vehicle owner is responsible for following the manufacturer's suggested regularly scheduled maintenance plan outlined in the owner's manual of the vehicle and all maintenance must be performed at Headquarter Nissan. Headquarter Nissan will provide complimentary oil changes during regularly scheduled oil change appointments using factory recommended basic oil as indicated in the owner's manual of the vehicle.
